Technical advantages of magnesium source technology:


  1. Equipped with production technology and equipment for magnesite calcination with specialized wrapped thermal storage external combustion rotary kiln;

  2. The comprehensive utilization rate of mining resources is 100%, and the grade of raw ore is as low as 42% to produce over 70% highly active MgO products;

  3. More than 80% of the waste heat from high-temperature calcination flue gas and CO ₂ accumulation heat exchange are recovered for use in high-temperature, low oxygen, and low nitrogen combustion and raw material suspension preheating technology;

  4. Adopting clean energy natural gas calcination and efficient suspension preheating technology to ensure that materials above 350 ℃ are fed into the kiln. It can utilize a small amount of decomposed MgO for desulfurization while ensuring and improving the purity of recovered CO2;

  5. Adopting the combination heat exchange technology in the kiln to achieve uniform heat exchange, controllable decomposition and crystallization, and stable and high production goals, the initial goal is to achieve a single kiln of Mg0.2 million t/a, CO ₂ 160000 t/a, and solid dry ice of 25000 t/a;

  6. In terms of technology, based on the principle of MgO decomposition and crystallization, multiple innovative technologies are adopted, including full process homogenization measures, energy recovery and utilization, high-temperature, low oxygen, and low nitrogen combustion, efficient combination heat exchange in the kiln, waste heat cooling, CO ₂ accumulation, recovery and liquefaction, and food grade dry ice manufacturing, to ensure the uniformity and stability of the product and achieve large-scale production.
